He then received death threats, which he reported to the police, demanding protection for his life.,On 28 May, Mohammad Riaz Akhtari and Ghouse Mohammad entered Lal's shop under the pretext of getting measured for an outfit. A mobile phone video released by them shows Lal taking the measurements of one of the men while Riyaz Attari attacked him.,The men later fled the scene and uploaded the clip to social media, threatening to kill BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.,Since the incident, authorities have imposed a curfew in the state and also suspended internet services in Udaipur to stop the distribution of the murder video.,The Ministry of Home Affairs has directed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to take over the investigation. On Friday, Police Additional Director General Ashok Rathore told Indian media that Mohammad Riaz Akhtari and Ghouse Mohammad face charges of racketeering and planning a criminal conspiracy. 二 | 国家体育总局副局长、党组成员张家胜讲话时指出，本次会议在全国上下深入学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神、奋力开启“十五五”发展新征程，足球领域坚定落实中央关于足球振兴发展改革性文件和全国足球工作会议精神的关键时期召开。既是对2025年职业联赛管办分离改革落地首年工作的全面总结会，也是对2026年联赛高质量发展的系统部署会和重要动员会。张家胜表示，自2015年《中国足球改革发展总体方案》出台，管办分离改革终于在2025年实现关键性、实质性突破，中足联正式挂牌成立，是中国足球改革发展进程中具有里程碑意义的大事。2025赛季，中足联秉持改革精神，履行职责，推动职业联赛整体面貌发生了积极变化：赛风赛纪得到好转、“假赌黑”乱象得到遏制、赛场内外正能量汇聚、联赛竞争性和观赏性增强、市场关注度和社会认可度回暖、俱乐部运营更规范。2025年职业联赛工作成绩值得肯定，为未来职业联赛高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。张家胜强调，2026年是深化足球改革的关键之年，是女足职业联赛正式纳入中足联运营体系的起步之年，更是推动联赛高质量发展的攻坚之年，做好今年的工作，意义重大、影响深远。

三 | 对于2026年及今后一个时期职业联赛和俱乐部发展的重点工作，张家胜表示，要坚持党建引领，把牢联赛发展正确政治方向；统筹男女足发展，提升职业联赛竞赛质量；净化行业生态，培育健康向上的职业足球文化；夯实青训根基，不断完善协同发展的青训体系；强化保障支持，推动俱乐部良性健康发展；加强自身建设，深化职业联赛治理体系改革。中足联和各会员单位要坚定信心、真抓实干、锐意进取、久久为功，奋力开创中国足球职业联赛高质量发展新局面，为建设体育强国、推动足球振兴发展贡献更大力量。李 克 敏 在作工作报告时回顾了2025年主要工作，一是坚持以政治建设为统领，党对职业联赛的领导全面加强；二是坚持以治理能力提升为支撑，职业联赛治理新格局初步构建；三是坚持以行风建设为切入点，联赛发展生态持续净化；四是坚持以高质量发展为准绳，联赛运行质量和竞技水平稳步提升；五是坚持以市场化改革为牵引，职业联赛商业价值稳步提升；六是坚持开放合作互鉴，国际交流与青训基础同步夯实；七是落实俱乐部规范化建设行动，夯实联赛发展核心根基。报告指出，“十五五”时期职业联赛发展的主要任务是锚定目标、系统突破，奋力开创职业联赛高质量发展新局面。中足联将以足球职业联赛高质量发展为目标，以供给优质职业足球公共产品、满足人民群众对足球职业联赛的高品质需求为主线，以提升足球职业联赛发展质量和韧性为主攻方向，以激发行业主体活力、提振发展信心为重点，以加强公共资源注入和部门协同为突破口，推进足球职业联赛治理体系和治理能力现代化，走中国特色足球职业联赛振兴发展之路。

四 | 2026年是“十五五”规划开局之年，也是职业联赛全面转入规范运行、深化治理、系统提升的关键一年。中足联的主要工作有：扎实推进“深化治理年”行动，全面提升中足联治理体系和治理能力现代化水平；做深做精赛事组织管理，推动2026赛季联赛运行质量和效率同步提升；全面启动女足职业联赛运营管理，推动男女足职业联赛协同发展；深耕“赛事经济”，以职业联赛带动体育产业和体育消费升级；深化改革创新，着力破解制约足球行业发展的瓶颈问题；落实俱乐部规范化建设行动，夯实联赛发展基石。会议审议通过了《中国足球职业联赛联合会2025年工作报告》、《中国足球职业联赛联合会章程》修订案、《中国足球职业联赛联合会纪律与道德准则》修订案、《中国足球职业联赛2025赛季财务情况报告及2026赛季预算》，选举增补李平、王朝阳、范炜为中足联理事。

五 | 驻体育总局纪检监察组、体育总局办公厅有关同志，陕西省政府副秘书长谢泱，陕西省体育局党组书记、局长张启东，中国足协和中国足球发展基金会代表出席会议；中足联理事及监事，中足联专项委员会代表，中超、中甲、中乙、女超、女甲俱乐部负责人和赛区负责人参加会议；会议还邀请主要赞助商代表和部分新闻媒体代表列席。
